Abstract (EN)
One of the most interesting personalities in the Ottoman Empire, Pargalı İbrahim Pasha appears as a popular figure in our history, both in terms of his achievements and his criticisms, both with his being appointed as a grand vizier and with the powers that he was unlike other viziers. The life wind of Ibrahim Pargalı, who opened his eyes to the life of a fisherman in Parga, will swing him first to Manisa and then to the help of a domination in the world. This period, which includes the greatest and most significant achievements of the Ottoman history, was tried to be explained on the axis of Ibrahim Pasha.
