Özet (EN)

Russian and Ottoman Empires dominated European politics for long years and they became great powers in East of Europe. But after the transformation of relations of production in West, the capitalism developed and a new, revolutionist bourgeoisie class was born. These two empires couldn't retort this transformation and agriculture that primary production method had worsened day by day. Because of decline of public revenues in Ottoman and fast and unplanned transformation of social structure in Russia; two absolute monarchies saw different three revolutions in twelve years. Although earnings of Russian Revolution in 1905 had been lost by Stolypin coup d'etat, 1908 Revolution settled thanks to struggles of Committee of Union and Progress. Eventually two empires couldn't keep pace with social transformation and after First World War both two empires collapsed.
