Nowadays, the competition between the companies against the Globling World is increasing rapidly. These conditions are also in the search for the service to be able to survive or to meet the demands and satisfaction of the customers with the products they produce. Quality Function Immunity is a method that helps firms to identify customers and respond to customers in the shortest possible time in line with customer requests and needs. At the core of the method is to act in line with the needs and desires of the customers. The purpose of this study is how Quality Function Mycology will be implemented in a service firm. A cargo company was chosen from the leading companies of the logistics sector. QFD work was done at the selected firm. The information that was taken from the customer, company employees and managers through questionnaires and interviews. Because of all these efforts, the cargo company's quality house has been constructed.
