House in mixed-use high buildings: Buyukdere Street axle

Mixed-use high buildings are frequently encountered in recent times. As in many countries of the world, the number of mixed-use high buildings in Istanbul is also increasing.Mixed-use high buildings are the complexes that contain many functions together. Within the scope of the study, the housing units that are included in the high building class and provided with the housing functions are examined from these complexes.Research and comparative analyses have been conducted by determining a field for examination and sample projects according to specific criteria. Descriptive method, field work and comparative method were used in this study for the evaluation of housing in high-use mixed buildings.Proposals were presented in accordance with the researches and the results were given.
