Adoption and results in comparative law

Adoption is one of the most important social institutions in the field of family law, which provides for the establishment of paternity between parents and children. With the protection of children, having a warm home and eliminating the longing for the family without children, the best interests of the child are the most appropriate way to achieve their goals. This importance, both in Turkish and other countries' law and internationally in the adoption of the adoption of the adoption of the regulations on the adoption and improvement of the regulations. In the first part of this study consisting of three sections, the adoption institution will be examined in general. In this context, the date, legal qualification, types of the adoption and the material and shape conditions sought according to these species will be explained. In the second part of the study, the results of the personal and financial situation that emerged after the establishment of the adoption relationship will be included. Since the relationship between the adoption and the adoptive and adoptive family has been established, the right to custody, the first and the last name of the adoptive son are subject to significant changes. The decisions of the Supreme Court in this subject shall be included in detail. In the last part of the study, the termination of adoption and especially the abolition of the adoption relationship is discussed in detail. Due to the importance of the international disputes that arise with adoption, the rules of conflict of laws in this area is also included. In order to demonstrate the importance and contribution of the study, the adoption regulations in Switzerland, German and American law is compared to something.
