Abstract (EN)

Islamic banking, unlike the traditional banking system, offers a financial model based on Islamic principles. Generations Y and Z, prominent demographic groups in accessing and using financial services due to the rapid development of technology and digitization, have been targeted for this research. The aim is to identify the perception of Islamic banking among Generations Y and Z, examining the relationship between them in Islamic banking perception and investigating the attitudes, knowledge levels, confidence levels, and preference reasons of young generations towards Islamic banking. A survey method was used as the data collection tool in the study, with 600 participants in the survey. The data obtained were subjected to frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, ANOVA analysis, Tukey test, t-test, correlation, and regression analysis using the SPSS program. The findings of the analysis revealed that perceptions of Islamic banking varied among these generations.
