Abstract (EN)
This study was held in a business's rubber paste manufacturing process in the rubber industry. All rubber products enter in the process of vulcanization. Vulcanization is a chemical process for converting natural rubber or related polymers into more durable materials via the addition of sulfur or other equivalent curatives. In this study for the process of vulcanization of rubber the factorial design and optimization modeling approach has been developed. In manufacturing process of rubber paste, most important three factors of vulcanization were determined for a selected prescription. Goal performance parameters had been determined and the datas obtained from the test production was analyzed. With the regression analysis for each performance parameter's optimization, non-linear mathematical models were constructed. The obtained optimal solution of mathematical model was tested by verification production.
