Abstract (EN)
Aim of this study; determination of physico-mechanical properties of some tuff and basalt rocks using as building stone at location of Kayseri and calculating of coleration coefficent of these rocks.First, the samples taken from stone cutting and processing workshop and the Laboratory of Çukurova University, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Mining Engineering has been prepared in accordance with the TSE. The next step, the physico-mechanical properties of the samples were brought into compliance with standarts. According to the results of observings, Kayseri stone is avaible to using as building material with accordance of the TSE.According to the results, the experiment were interpreted according to the standarts TS 10449, TS 6234 and TS 11143.
