Özet (EN)
In this study, fish that caught from Keban Dam Lake Koçkale Region were examined parasitologically. Hematocrit values, erythrocyte and leukocyte counts, hemoglobin amount, mean erythrocyte volume (MCV), mean erythrocyte hemoglobin (MHC) and mean erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) values of infected and uninfected fish samples were determined. It was investigated whether there was any difference between these values. Also in this study, pathological findings of endohelminths in tissues and organs of host fish were determined. In the study, 191 fish belonging to Cyprinus carpio, Capoeta trutta, Capoeta umbla and Luciobarbus mystaceus fish species were examined in terms of endohelminth and 3 species of parasites were found in 78 fish. In the mentioned examples: Diplostomum sp. in the eye fluid of Cyprinus carpio and Capoeta trutta. Neoechinorhynchus rutili in the metacercariea and intestine; Diplostomum sp. in the eye fluid of Capoeta umbla and Luciobarbus mystaceus. Ligula intestinalis was detected in the intestine of metacercariea and Luciobarbus mystaceus. In this study, it was determined that the difference between all blood parameter values of infected Cyprinus carpio species compared to non-infected individuals was statistically insignificant (p>0,05). It was observed that infected Capoeta trutta and Capoeta umbla individuals had higher MHC values compared to non-infected individuals and the difference between them was statistically significant (p<0,05). It was determined that infected Luciobarbus mystaceus individuals had higher hemoglobin values and MCHC values compared to non-infected individuals, and the difference between them was statistically significant (p<0,05). As a result, it was found that hematological parameters changed due to parasitic infections. In addition, tissue samples of infected fish were examined histopathologically and as a result of these examinations, swelling and turbidity in the eye lens of the fish, eosinophil leukocyte filtration in intestinal sections and epithelial necroses in intestinal villi were detected.
