Özet (EN)
Historical buildings are very valuable because they show what life was like in that time and place. Our country, which has been home to many different cultures over the years, has a lot of historical artifacts. The ancient city of Kibyra, located in the Gölhisar district of Burdur province, is one of them. It is very important to keep these kinds of buildings in good shape and pass them on to the next generation. For this, a multidisciplinary assessment of the structure from the perspectives of various professions is important. It is aimed at examining the constructional elements of the structure and creating a sample study for masonry structures. For this reason, in this study on the odeion structure located in the ancient city of Kibyra, on-site investigations were made, a model analysis of the structure was made in the StatiCAD program with the data obtained, and its performance according to the Turkish Building Earthquake Code (TBDY) 2018 was examined. With the finite element method used in the program, bottom-upper section effects and wall shear capacity controls were made according to the wall loading conditions. In line with the data obtained, it is aimed to protect the building by making suggestions about it.
