Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out in order to determine the effects of combinations of chemical fertilizers (5 kg P2O5 +3.1 kg N and 10 kg P2 O5 +6.2 kg N) and PGPR (0-50-100 PGPR) on yield and yield components In some winter two rowed barley varieties (Beyşehir-98, Konevi-98 and Karatay-94) during 2016-2017 cultivation period in Van province. This experiment was conducted according to split plots in randomized block experimental fields of Field Crops Department of Agriculture Faculty of Van Yüzüncü Yıl University. In this study effects of different chemical fertilizers and PGPR applications on spike time (day), spike maturity (day), spike number per square meter (spikes/m2), plant length (cm), spike length (cm), grain number per spike (number/spike), thousand grain weight (gr), grain yield (kg/da) and total yield (kg/da) were determined. Spike time, spike maturity, spike number per square meter, spike length, grain yield, total yield, thousand grain weight changed in range of 146-151 day, 33-38 day, 421.7-1085.0 per/m2, 7.0-9.0 cm, 123.3-380.7 kg/da, 690.0-1584 kg/da, 43-55.2 g respectively. The lowest grain weight were obtained as 123.3 kg/da from Karatay-94 variety in control parcels while were found as 380.7 kg/da by 100 PGPR application in Konevi-98 variety.
