Özet (EN)

In this study, recovery of unburned carbon from lime kiln plant dusts was investigated applying flotation method. Analyses were conducted to determine unburned carbon in the dust samples (petroleum coke). in these experimental studies with Jameson flotation column; pulp density, oil/kerosene ratio, downcomer immersion depth and different speeds of washing water rates as experimental parameters were determined. A mixture of kerosene and oil acid from Mar-SA were used for experimental studies as a reagent. A product was optained with 98.90% combustible recovery and 31.28% ash at the optimum conditions (6-6.5 pH, 10% solids, 3/1 oil/kerosene ratio, 40 cm downcomer immersion depth and 0.6 L/min washing water rate). Key Words: Flotation, Jameson Flotation, Oil Acid, Petroleum Coke
