Abstract (EN)

The research was conducted in order to determine the relationship between the perception of quality of clinical nurses and nursing care that cannot be met dec. The universe of the research is composed of nurses working in a public hospital, a private hospital and a university hospital clinic located in Düzce province. In the research, it is aimed to reach the entire universe by not choosing a sampling method (N: 260). Dec April 2021-June 2021, a sample of nurses who worked in the clinics of three hospitals located in the province of Duzce and agreed to participate in the study was created (n: 182). In the data collection, the Health Workers Quality Perception Scale and the Unmet Nursing Care Requirement Scale were used. The perception of the quality of clinical nurses who participated in the study an average of points on the scale (70,36±12,71), according to the sub-dimensions of management and leadership sub-dimension (61,36±17,75), human resources, the use of lower size (60,53±16,13), quality education sub-size (72,73±18,82), measurement and evaluation sub-dimension (64,34±14,25), institution size, the lower the benefits (64,95±16,07), employee benefits sub-size (74,78±13,53) and the lower the benefits of patient size (71,70±14,05) is the conclusion reached. The mean score of Unmet Nursing Care Requirements was determined as (1,67±0,66) and the mean score of Reasons for Unmet Nursing Care Services was determined as (1,68±0,74). There is a statistically low negative relationship (p:0,000, r:-,269) between the scores of Nursing Care Requirements that cannot be met and the scores of the Health Dec Quality Perception Scale. Management and leadership nursing care services with the reasons of unmet statistically significant at a lower level there is a positive correlation (p:0,008, r:,196) between the size of the sub. The most important aim of the nursing services management is to meet the nursing care of the patients and to provide this care in a quality way. Nurses' perceptions of quality in providing quality nursing care, should be evaluated by nurse managers, unmet nursing care should be identified and supported with quality training and the amount of unmet nursing care should be reduced.
