Abstract (EN)
Aim: It was conducted as a descriptive study in order to examine the Health Behavior Levels of Clinician Nurses and to determinethe factors affecting these behaviors while performing the profession. Material and Methods: The sample of the study was made by voluntary attendance method among nurses working in a Foundation Hospital in Istanbul between November 2021 and July 2022. It was collected by using The Health Behavior Levels of Clinician Nurses Healthy Life style Behaviors Scale II and the Socio- Demographic Form. Results: It has been found out that the majority of the nurses (N=70) participating in the study (54.3%, n=38) were between the ages of 22-44, were female (88.6%, n=62), had high school-nursing education (48.6%, n=34), his/her close relatives used alcohol and cigarettes (92.3%, n=70), no history of disease (83.3%, n=60), doing sport soccasionally (58%, n=40), leşsin come than her expenses (48.5%, n=33), single (74.3%,n=52), works in other clinics (50.6%,n=17) and works in shifts (45.1%,n=37). The mean score of HLNRS was determined as 124.457±18.804 at a moderate level. In the sub-dimensions of, HLNRS the highest mean score was found in spiritual development with 25.514±4.75103, and the lowest mean score was found in physical activity with 15.885± 4.576. Conclusion and Recommendation: The health behavior levels of the clinician nurses were found to be at mediocre level. It was determined that the highest average of the nurses health behavior levels was spiritual development. Individual and in stitutional arrangements are recommended to in crease the health behavior levels of clinician nurses. 2 Keywords: Clinician, Nurse, Health, Behavioral.
