Abstract (EN)
VI SUMMARY The study is an investigation of the effect of nine aliphatic 1,3-diols, five of them are benzyl substituted, belonging to 3°- 3°, 2°- 3°, 1°- 3°, 2°- 2°, 1°- 2° classes and four of them are octyl substituted belonging to 3°- 3°, 2°- 2° and 1°- 2° classes, on liquid-liquid extraction of boron. It was found that among all aliphatic 1,3-diols, 2-methyI-3- benzylbutanediol-1,3, belonging to primary - tertiary class, and possessing methyl substituent at the second carbon of diols, is the best extraction reagent.
