This thesis focuses on the concept of coaching, a concept that is really important for today's organizations. From the different existent types of coaching, this thesis focused on managerial coaching. Managerial coaching is defined as undertaking the role of a manager as a coach towards his subordinates. The focus of this thesis is on the topic of managerial coaching as well as on the topic of managerial coaching skills. In this respect, the purpose of the thesis study is to examine whether Turkish and Chilean employees' perceptions of managerial coaching differ. In the thesis study, it is also aimed to examine whether Turkish and Chilean employees' perceptions of managerial coaching skills differ. In scope of research a total of 200 participants has been reached, 100 from Turkey, and 100 from Chile. As a result of the analyzes conducted, it was found that the managerial coaching perceptions of Turkish and Chilean participants did not differ. Similarly, it was determined that the Turkish and Turkish coaches and their perception did not differ.
