Özet (EN)
Aim: The aim of this study is to evaluate the stress created by partial pulpotomy, apexification and REP applications on tooth models with incomplete root development, and KH, MTA, Bioaggregate and Biodentin materials that can be used in these treatment procedures, under functional forces, with SEA. Material and Method: Using the tomography data, a maxillary incisor teeth with root development and surrounding tissues were researched in three dimensions in a computer environment. Based on this model, 2 healthy tooth models with complete and incomplete root development were created. In addition, 17 treatment models using partial pulpotomy, apexification, REP applications and KH, MTA, Bioaggregate and Biodentine materials were simulated in these applications. Then, by applying a functional chewing force of 100 N on the teeth, the von Mises stress values formed in the teeth with SEA were examined in three regions as apical, middle and cervical. Results: The completion of root development in teeth with incomplete root development reduced the stresses. With the completion of apexogenesis in partial pulpotomy models, the stresses on the tooth decreased, and similarly, the completion of root development with cement-like tissue after REP also reduced the stress on the tooth. The models in which the apexification technique was simulated had the highest stress values compared to the other models. When the materials used in these treatment procedures were evaluated, the highest amount of stress was seen in the models using CH. While MTA, Bioaggregate and Biodentine created similar stresses, the lowest stress occurred in the model using MTA. Conclusion: Turning to treatment procedures that stimulate root development in teeth with incomplete root development will help reduce the stress on the teeth. Treatments with MTA strengthened the tooth structure more than treatments with KH, Bioaggregate and Biodentin.
