Abstract (EN)

This study aims to analyze the effect of accommodation establishment employees' job satisfaction and job motivation on their organizational commitment. It also analyzes the demographic variables and the relationship between the study subjects. In the first section of the study, a literature review was carried out regarding the concepts of job satisfaction, job motivation and organizational commitment. In the second section, the relationships between demographic characteristics, job satisfaction, job motivation and organizational commitment were analyzed. The study population consisted of the employees in the 5-star hotels in Belek, Antalya. The data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using numbers and percentages for demographic characteristics, and the Spearman correlation and regression analyses for the relationship between the mean scores of the two scales. Organizational commitment scores were found to increase as the job satisfaction and job motivation scores increased. These variables should be taken into consideration while planning interventions to increase employees' job satisfaction, job motivation and organizational commitment.
