Abstract (EN)
In this study, conceptual information about mobbing, organizational cynicism and organizational trust is given and the relationship between mobbing and organizational cynicism perceptions and organizational trust levels of the employees in the accommodation enterprises in Alanya were examined. In this direction, a four-part questionnaire study was prepared to collect data. Demographic variables are in the first part of the questionnaire, mobbing in the second part, organizational trust in the third part, and statements about cynicism in the fourth and last part of the questionnaire. T-test and ANOVA analyses were used to determine whether there was a difference in demographic factors in the variables. Canonical correlation analysis was conducted to investigate the relationship between mobbing and organizational cynicism attitudes and organizational trust levels. According to the findings, organizational trust share 54.50% of covariance with mobbing and organizational cynicism.
