Özet (EN)

In this study, hatch ,survival , and deformation ratesof sea bass eggs obtained by both naturally and with hormone injectionof broodstock fed under controlled conditions life were investigated for the first 120 days. At the end of the experiment, undercontrolled feedingconditionsof the broodstock, the survival rates of the eggs obtainednaturally was 60.33 ± 2.03, and within the natural reproductive cycle with hormone injection, the rate of survival was 51.00 ± 2.65. The deformation rates of larvae were as 6.00 ± 0.58 in the naturally obtained eggs and was 17.67 ± 1.45 with the hormone injection method. Result of hormone injections and the results were the eggs, the eggs compared to the natural way of living is less than the percentage rates and the opening, while the deformation was found to be more. As a result, compared to naturally obtained eggs, survival and hatching rates of eggs were lower and deformation rates were higher in the hormone injected group.
