"Trust" and "Knowledge" factors, which are the main criteria affecting success factors, play an important role in every phase of the project for both the buyer and the contractor. In this study, it is aimed to examine the factors affecting the success of the housing projects, to determine the potential risks for each alternative project for the buyer, to determine the relationships between the Knowledge-Trust-Success factors, and to provide guiding suggestions to the buyer in choosing successful projects.
