Abstract (EN)

This study is based on 15 mushroom species and 175 adult mushroom flies feeding on them between March and July 2014, most of which are found in forest areas within the borders of Antalya Province Korkuteli District. Samples were collected from Korkuteli Merkez, Küçükköy, Küçükköy Yaylası, Yeşilyayla, Çomaklı (Hacıbekar) and Kargın territories. During the collection of samples, a total of 72 localities were periodically visited. The main material of study consisted of macrofungi found in Korkuteli forest areas and the fly species obtained from these. The adult flies were collected especially from wetlands and semi-wetlands, forest areas where the vegetation is lush and the soil is rich in humus, and lush meadows. The study resulted with the identification of a total of 20 genera and 23 species belonging to Mycetophilidae, Sciaridae, Drosophilidae, Scatopsidae, Hybotidae, Muscidae, Anthomyiidae, Fanniidae, Sphaeroceridae, Heleomyzidae, Phoridae, Milichiidae families. 9 taxa collected from research area could only be diagnosed at genus level. 6 identified species weredtermined as the first record for fungus gnats fauna of Turkey. Also, all species are the first records for the research area. Sciophila lutea group (Macquart, 1826), Coboldia fuscipes (Meigen, 1830), Piezura graminicola (Zetterstedt, 1846), Pullimosina heteroneura (Haliday, 1836), Elachisoma bajzae (Papp, 1983) and Desmometopa m-nigrum (Zettersted, 1848) were determinated as the new records for Turkish fauna. The most common species in the research area were Bradysia sp. (Winnertz, 1867), Coboldia fuscipes (Meigen, 1830) and Drosophila sp. (Fallen, 1823), respectively.
