Abstract (EN)

Acquiring and preserving land has been one of the most important phenomena for peoples throughout history. The Balkans is the ancestral land where Turks ruled for centuries and has always been an important representation in foreign policy, both politically and emotionally, by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Republic of Turkey. Folklore is a discipline that keeps the people together as a cultural chain, binds them together, directs its gaze towards the people for the examination of a strong structure from part to whole, and is a science that tries to reveal the mind structure of people representing a common denominator in the face of life. While the facts produced by the oral culture environment are made permanent with writing in the written culture environment, it is important to identify the reason behind the actions of the people, their attitude towards life and the cultural products present in their minds, and to classify the identified data scientifically. Periodicals with uncertain start and end dates form opinions about the social life of the period in which they were published, the accumulations that changed over time or maintained their current position, play a role in the transportation and transmission play a role in the transportation and transmission of culture and serve as a means of determining the mindset of the period between the start and end dates. Çevren magazine was published in Kosovo between 1973-1992 and was the voice of the Balkans for nineteen years. Çevren, which started its publishing life to contribute to the development of the Turkish nation, has assumed the responsibility of being the carrier of a cultural accumulation with the data recorded as a result of the compilation activities. İn Çevren, which includes compilation activities throughout its publishing life, the names of the people who carried out the compilation activities and in which regions the compilations were carried out were identified and recorded. There is also data on North Macedonia, especially Kosovo. İn Çevren, there are as many neglected regions as there are well-established ones. These regions were identified and evaluated in the study. The recorded data clearly shows that the Turks built a culture in these lands during the years they ruled and that Turkish culture remained alive in these lands despite the sharp teeth of time. While Çevren took a photograph of the period between 1973 and 1992, the photograph clearly shows that Turkish culture continues to fly its flag in the world of thought and therefore culture in the region. İn Çevren, data belonging to nine cadres of folklore cadres were identified. These cadres are folk literature, folk beliefs and beliefs, folk architecture, folk arts and crafts, clothing-dressing-ornament, transition periods, folk music and musical instruments, folk theater and folk games. The identified data were scientifically analyzed under appropriate classifications. The data on folk literature, one of the cadres of folklore is quite rich. The data evaluated in the context of folk beliefs and beliefs show that these beliefs and beliefs come from central Asia. The analyzed data is proof that Turkish nationalism has taken off in the region. Although Çevren had to end his literary life due to financial difficulties, his literary life in the region continued to be the voice of Turkishness in the Balkans. Two years after Çevren ceased publication, the members of Çevren's writing team continued to write for the same purpose in BAY magazine, the first issue of which was published in September 1994 and owned by Osman Baymak. İn this study titled "Folklore Elements İn Çevren Magazine Published İn Kosovo" the anatomy of the physiology of Turkishness in the Balkans reflected in Çevren was revealed.
