Özet (EN)
The aim of the study was to determine the preventive role of Cu, Co, Zn and Se and vitamin A, D, E and B in noninfectious abortions in sheep. The study material consisted of 1600 pregnant sheep who had at least one previous birth between 3 and 5 years of age. Sheep hamdani and akkaraman breed were selected from two herds. The animals were divided into 4 groups with two hundred (200) animals in each study group. Minerals and vitamins were accepted as starting on the day the rams were separated from the herd. On the 70 th day of pregnancy, vitamin B1, B2, B6 and B12 were administered to groups 1, vitamin A, D and E were injected to groups 2, Cu, Co, Zn and Se were injected to groups 3. Groups 4 were taken as the control groups and the ewes were not administered any supplements. Sheep were followed during pregnancy. Brucella analyzis was performed for each abortion animal and negative results were obtained from all animals. After the births in the herds were completed, the obtained data were recorded. In 9 sheep (Akkaraman, 200/4, Hamdani 200/5) in animal sapplied with vitamin B (B1, B2, B6 and B12), in 9 sheep in animals applied with vitamin A, D and E (Akkaraman, 200/5, Hamdani 200 / 4) In animals applied with mineral substance (Cu, Co and Se) abortion was observed in 10 sheep (Akkaraman, 200/4, Hamdani 200/6), while this number was determined 18 (Akkaraman, 200/9, Hamdani 200/9) in the control group animals. As a result of the statisticale valuation, it was concluded that breed factors in herds, mineral substances and vitamins used in herds did not have a significant effect on abortion rates, but intra musculer used mineral substances and vitamins during pregnancy had a significant effect on preventing abortions.
