Abstract (EN)
The study was carried out in order to determine the heavy metal and body nutrient structure of Pseudophoxinus antalyae Bogutskaya, 1992, (Flower fish) which is an endemic species living in Kırkgöz Resources, which was born within the boundaries of Döşemealtı district of Antalya province seasonally in the years of 2016-2017. Kırkgöz Source falls to the Mediterranean Sea by taking a flow route over 30 km from Döşemealtı to Lara, the settlements and the most importantly, Antalya Organized Industrial Zone Water Treatment Discharge. For this reason, in order to determine the possible metal pollution caused by the settlements and especially the treatment discharge water, fish samples were taken from the Kırkgöz Source, the Kepez Loading Pond (the station that discharges the OSB treatment water) and Çırnık Bridge stations seasonally. The body nutrient structure of Pseudophoxinus antalyae Bogutskaya, 1992 (Flower Fish) has been determined as in all seasons; moisture %67.92-%78.49, dry matter %21.51-%32.08, ash %8.07-%18.67, protein %49.56-%74.94, fat %38.79-%7.20 olarak belirlenmiştir. Minimum and maximum levels of muscle tissues of fish were determined as Kadmium (Cd) 1.48-4.24 µg /g, Cobalt (Co) 0.73-3.12 ug/g, Chromium (Cr) 0.90-8.14 µg/g, Copper (Cu) 1.21-4.22 µg/g, Manganese (Mn) 3.94-32.39 µg/g, Nickel (Ni) 024-0.78 µg/g, Lead (Pb) 20.03-58.15 µg/g and Zinc (Zn) 223.07-464.39 µg/ g. The values of Cr, Zn, Pb, Cd, Mn determined higher than other fish studies and limit values. On the ther hand, body components were seasonally evaluated according to stations.
