Abstract (EN)

Learning the desires and intended sensations will become very important for the development process of sensory marketing. While consumers are purchasing; It is influenced by annual, social, demographic, incremental and situational. Sensory marketing elements (sight, taste, smell and content) that are in the situational and related to the present are used in the purchase of the product. For this purpose, to provide the opportunity to benefit from the election in various matters consisting of financial matters. The main purpose of this product mentions that you are aware of the information obtained from the information obtained from the information that he buys red meat, from the information about the marketing. For this purpose, it was originally obtained by faceto-face and online survey method with 384 people living in the central districts of Antalya. It was analyzed by chi-square and logistic regression method obtained by questionnaire study. IBM SPSS and E-Views 7 statistical program were used in the analysis of the data. According to the research industry; purchase, family income, purchase price, price perception, and taste to the extent that sensory marketing is affected in red meat purchases. The strength of the sensory effect and the fact that it is affected by many things, the importance of all the tools in red meat marketing, negative influence and focus of activities can be mentioned. It shows how to design production related to production characteristics, with the outlines that will control raft marketing for a detailed review of training on designing meat with vital production features.
