Abstract (EN)
In this study, analysis of the flurbiprofen which is a member of the Non-steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs was performed in the commercial tablets. High performance liuid chromatography, capillary electrophoresis and high performance thin layer chromatography were used for the analysis. The apropriate mobil phases were determined for the analysis of the flurbiprofen in chromatographic techniques used. The criterions designated by ICH (International Conference of Harmonization) were used to investigate the degradation behaviors of flurbiprofen under the different stress conditions. The degradation kinetic of flurbiprofen was examined by studing in different time and temperatures at the condition which the maximum degradation was observed. The analysis were performed by using the apparatus of high performance thin layer chromatography in the study of investigation of degradation kinetic. The thermodynamic constants about the degradation of flurbiprofen at room temperature were calculated by using datas obtained from kinetic results.
