Microfungi which grow up in Kirşehir Boztepe district's trees and shrubs

This study was carried out in the Boztepe District of Kırşehir Province between 2012 – 2014. In this research, 206 species of Ascomycota (2 subdivisions, 7 classes, 20 order, 55 families ve 104 genera) and 5 species of Basidiomycota (1 subdivision, 1 class, 1 ordo, 2 families, 3 genera) total 221 taxa have been identified. Large part of the identified micromycetes (180 species) are lignoxilotrophs, 57 species are fillotrophs and 11 species are carpotrophs. From total 221 taxa 121 have been colour spores. These fungi distributed in xerophilic habitats, on south and south-east slopes. In forests, humidity and shading areas, also on north and north-west slopes were registered the microfungi with colourless or slightly colour spores (100 taxa). The identified micromycetes were registered on 42 host plant species from 16 families. In result 29 genera and 140 species have been identified as new record for Turkey. Also Acremoniula elsadii K. Ekici & E. Hüseyin ve Manoharachariella elsadii F. Selçuk & E. Hüseyin described as new species to science.
