Abstract (EN)
This study was carried out to determine suitable high yielding oilseed sunflower cultivars for Kırsehir ecological condition. The experiment were designed in a randomized complete block with three replications in the experimental fields of Ahi Evran University in 2013. In this study, 20 different oilseeds sunflower cultivars were used and date of flowering (day), physiological maturity (day), plant height (cm), head diameter (cm), grain yield per plant (g/plant), hull-kemel ratio (%), seed yield (kg/da), crude oil ratio (%), protein ratio (%), crude oil yield (kg/da) and harvest index (%) were measured. According to results, significant difference (P <0.01) were detected among the yields, crude fat ratio and crude oil yields between oilseed sunflower cultivars. The highest seed yield was obtained from Sanbro MR (136,243 kg/da) and the lowest from Maximus (65,743 kg/da) cultivar. The highest raw oil yield was one obtained from Armada CL (% 57,370) and Sirena (% 57,213) cultivars. The lowest from Transol (% 49,516) cultivar. The highest raw oil yield was obtained from Sanbro MR (71,063 kg/da) and the lowest from Maximus CL (34,820 kg/da) cultivars.
