Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out to determine some yield and quality features of grasspea lines on the experimental field of Ahi Evran University Agriculture Faculty under the ecological conditions of Kırşehir in 2014. The trial was established in a split plot design with three replications. Row spacings were constituted as main plots and the lines as subplots. In this investigation, the herbage, dry matter and seed yields were determined as 419-700, 137-250 and 38.8-93.4 kg da-1, respectively. Maximum herbage and dry matter yields were obtained from the line of the number 553 and maximum seed yield from var. biflorus in the study. Var. azureus had the lowest herbage yield while var. leucatetragonus had the lowest seed yield. With the different row spacings, 20, 40 and 60 cm; herbage yields were 639, 559 and 464 kg da-1, dry matter yields 216, 192, 160 kg da-1 and seed yields 67.7, 53.9 and 56.1 kg da-1, respectively. Key words: Grasspea, Lathyrus sativus, Row spacing, Yield, Quality
