Microfungi that grow on the trees and shrubs in the park and gardens of Kirsehir

In 2012-2013, during field investigations in park and garden of Kırşehir city center 108 species from 42 genera of micromycetes have been collected and identified. Micromycetes revealed their relationships with 44 species of higher plants from 21 families. Quantitative distribution of the microfungi on taxonomic categories follewed: Ascomycota – 4 classis, 5 subclassis, 11 orders, 30 families, 42 genera and 108 species. The ratio of the number of host plants and number of fungi was on average 1:2.4. Three trophic groups were discerned: phyllotrophes 8.3% (9 species), lignoxylotrophes 80.6% (87 species) and carpotrophes 11.1% (12 species). Neutral, negative, positive and antagonostic interrelations turn out in study area biogeocoenosis between micromycetes and host plants. 4 genera and 72 species from total 108 species of micromycetes were recorded for the first time in Turkey.
