Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study was to determine the job satisfaction level of Partial Time Temporary Educators. The study was modelled as survey . The population of the study consist of 340 partial time temporary educators who work in Antalya and the districts of Antalya. The Population was taken as the sample of the study. A questionnaire was used to collect the data. Means, T-test, ANOVA and Mann Whitney U Test were used to analize the data. Significance level was taken as .05. Scheffe test was used to find source of difference. In general ıt was determined that partial time temporary educators felt more job satisfaction in the factor of Intrinsic Satisfaction than in the factor of Extrinsic Satisfaction. Therefore Extrinsic Satisfaction should have priority for improving. As a result, according to sex and the branch there was no significant differences between the opinion of partial time temporary educators? related to job satisfaction. Nevertheless it was determined that partial time temporary educators who graduated from high school felt more job satisfaction than partial time temporary educators who graduated from education faculty and science-liteature faculty. This result can be thought as a reflection of the Education Ministry Committee decisions about the provision who will be appointed as a teacher. In respect of these decisions partial time temporary educators who graduated from education faculty and science-liteature faculty have more priority for appointing as a teacher. ÖNSÖZ
