Abstract (EN)

n last years, health sector is in an alteration as in other sectors. This alteration is not only revived the technology subject but also some arrangements of services given in health institutes. Professionalisation and building a good structure is a must for hospitals as in other institutes. The quality of Human resources are very important on the efficiency and effectiveness of services given in an institute and it is also important for the permanence of facilities. Beacuse of this, all issues must have a standard in every institute. Hospitals are different from other institutes because of its special features. Any small fault on human health can occure irreverseble results. In last years, process analysis and process management is a subject for the institutes which would like to increase their performance. In some institutes, process management is being under debate as consistently amandments of whole process, it is being under debate as a management style in some institutes. Theory of Constraints is a theory which includes the management philosophies and diciplines of finding the most preventing factor during the performance increasing process of a system, its management and its abolishment. And it is a rising approach in last years which contains the best special applications for industries. The Nursery Operation in Dokuz Eylul University Hospital has been chosen for this worksheet. Process analysis has been made by using the theory of costraints method in Nursery operation and recommandations have been provided for the improvement of this process.
