Abstract (EN)

This research has been carried out in order to identify Quantum Learning Approach's effects on seventh grade students' academic success. In research it has been asked whether independent variable (Quantum Learning and method in the current curriculum ) is effective on dependent variable ( academic success ) An experimental group and a control group have been formed in order to search effects of Quantum learning Approach on seventh grade students'academic success.Groups have been chosen randomly as a control and an experimental group.Quantum Learning Approach has been used in the experimental group.Current method has been used in the control group without intervention. At the end of the experimental process both groups have been carried out Academic Success Test (ABT) ,of which reliability and validity have been confirmed, according to acquisition in the units and thus this research data have been summed. Frequency, percent, normal frequncy curve, variance analysis have been used in data analysis with the help of SPSS 17.0 packet programme. In the experimental study and in academic success test meaningful differences have been appeared in favour of the experimental group ( 7/A). It has been thought that this research aiming to test effects of science education based on Quantum learning Approach on students' academic success will guide researches and experiments in the light of prospective results. Key Words: Academic success, modern approaches, quantum learning, science education.
