Knowledgeable society and new developments in the education underlines great importance of qualified human resources for roganizations, therefore for schools. Today's society is evolving from clasical education approach to quantum education approach. İt is also impossible not to see the effect of Quantum philosophy showing the effect of life in every area in educational institutions. The purpose of this study is to create a new conceptual framework in the context of quantum philosophy and in the context of theories and assumptions concerning the educational institutions of this philosophy. The other purpose of this study is to develop a scale that will pave the way for implementation of quantum philosophy in educational institutions. With this purpose, at first it has been created conceptual framework named quantum schools by performed literature review. Then, in accordance with the scale development method, expression development, scale configuration and scale evaluation studies were carried out. The sample of this study has included teachers working central districts (Şehitkamil and Şahinbey central districts) in Gaziantep. Schools in these districts were included in the study under the random sample. In these study, it were used quantitative techniques (such as explanatory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis) by transferring to SPSS 21 software, the datas obtained by data collection tools were performed validity and reliability analyzes. Regarding to content validity, the scale offering to expert opinion was then applied to teachers who work in 10 different schools as the pre-application. After the scale was finalized with the feedbacks from the preliminary application, the scale was applied to the sampling of 436 participant for AFA and followed by the sampling of 497 participant for confirmatory factor analysis (DFA). In the result of exploratory factor analysis, it has been understood five dimensional structure consistent with the conceptual framework. About the scale of view to school from quantum paradigm, five dimension structure (contextuality in the student behavior, contextuality in the teacher behavior, ractal, contingency and unpredictability) explained 67.1% of the total variance. The scale subjected to explanatory factor analysis was then applied to a second group. The research group of the seccond application has been composed of primary and secondary schools located in Gaziantep province center. The scale was applied to the 497 participants in these schools and Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) were implemented for construct validity. At the end of EFA, a form explaining the 80.55 % of total variance, composed of five factors has been obtained. Mean error root value (RMSEA) was calculated as 0.051 and comparative fit index (CFI) was calculated as 0.97. CFA results have shown that the form with five factors has sufficient fit-indexes. The calculated Cronbach α coefficient of internal consistency regarding the reliability of the scale was got as 0.869. At the end of the analysis conducted, it's been accepted that "A Scale Development for View to School from Quantum Paradigm" is valid and reliable. By performing this study, it is developed a valid and reliable scale that could measure the position of schools from the framework of quantum paradigm.
