Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to measure of the quantity of heparine by quartz crystal microbalance(QCM) method, through protamine immobilization on quartz crystal surface. QCM device gives frequency chance response according to chance of mass. It was measured how much molecules of mass was held during the immobilization by using this principle. It was worked to find out the optimum concentration in cysteamine and glutaraldehyde solutions by making interaction. Then immobilization was performed by protamine that had already been prepared in phosphate buffer in crystals in which cysteamine and glutaraldehyde immobilization had already been occured. It was worked to make heparine mesurements which were prepared by phosphate buffer in dosage range for treatment after protamine immobilization and at the stage of the composing of biosensor.KEYWORDS: Protamine, heparin, biosensor, QCM, Heart Lung Machine, Cardiopulmonary bypass, activated clotting time (ACT)
