Effects of Cubism in ceramic art and applications

The Cubism movement born in response to impressionisnm, was born in Fransa in 1907-1914 under the leadership of artist suck as Pablo Picasso and Georges Brauqe, influenced by the French Post Impressionist painter Paul Cezanne. It focuses on the question of how to create an artistic fiction without the need for traditional perspectives. It is inspired by the harmony created by geometric forms by considering nature from different Angeles. Cubism was one of the most radical art movements among 20th century art movements. In describing Cubism as a radical movement, instead of creating a perception of three-dimensionality in the pictorial background, the two-dimensionality of the painting surface is emphasized and simultaneously an object is depicted from many perspectives. Thus, a kind of fourth dimension was introduced to art. Cubists, who are interested in the conceptual dimension of nature, have led to a visual revolution by advancing firmly from representative reality to pictorial reality starting from 20th century. In this study, the effects and applications of the Cubism Movement in Ceramic Art are explained in general terms. Then the effect of Cubism in ceramic artists under the leadership of Pablo Picasso are also included. Ceramic sculpture applications inspired by the Works of the artists, the objects existing in nature with the explanation of the geometric formsa re intended to be explainrd.
