Abstract (EN)
In this study, Armenia's foreign policy and its determinants were examined in the context of the small state theory and what could be its next goals, objectives, strategies and moves were investigated. Armenia's foreign policy strategies and instruments and their possible future directions were evaluated. Thus, it is aimed to produce data that will contribute to the foreign policy making of Turkey and Azerbaijan on issues related to Armenia. It is thought that which foreign policy strategies and tools Armenia is using, the effectiveness of these strategies and tools, thus the foreign policies that Armenia will follow in the upcoming period will be determined. In this study, a qualitative method based on literature review was followed to serve the aims and objectives of the research. In this context, literature review was made and international documents were searched. In addition, articles and publications on the internet were scanned. As a result, it has been determined that Armenia is an important small state, its Diasphora is strong and effective, the global powers Russia, which is at the center of the relations of interest in the US competition, the EU is also trying to develop its relations and is one of the countries where the most aid is given in the region. It has been concluded that among foreign policy makers, as a national awareness maker, they constantly try to keep the genocide issue on the agenda, does not recognize its border with Turkey, and has an eternal rivalry and hostile relations with Azerbaijan. When the genocide issue, which is seen as an insoluble problem in Turkey-Armenia relations, is left to historians, when the arbitrary idea of Armenia's refusal to recognize the border is ignored, when the real owner of the land after the second Karabakh war is given the Karabakh lands to Azerbaijan, the Turkish-Armenian border gate will be opened and trade will develop. and thus cooperation between the two countries will be ensured.
