Abstract (EN)
Research deadly Motile Aeromonas Septicemia agent in fish virulence factors manage with quorum sensing system toxicologically very strong Aeromonas hydrophila strains were studied. Antibiotic resistance profiles 20 A. hydrophila strains isolated from sick fish and A. hydrophila ATCC 7966 reference strain were examined, ahyI and ahyR genes responsible for virulence investigated by Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). Additionally some phenolic compounds investigated inhibition effect on biofilm, β-hemolytic activity, elastolytic activity management quorum sensing system A. hydrophila strains and relationship between strains examined by Pulsed-Field Gel Electrophoresis (PFGE) method. A. hydrophila strains were screened against 28 antibiotics, 12 antibiotic resistant, 14 antibiotic sensitive, and 2 antibiotics moderately sensitive. The most striking strains antibiogram resistant oxytetracycline which known to be effective treatment. Both ahyI and ahyR genes responsible for virulence formation management quorum sensing system by PCR detected all A. hydrophila strains. A. hydrophila strains, phenolic components gallic acid, rosmarinic acid, vanilic acid were used to investigated virulence factors biofilm, β-hemolytic activity, elastolytic activity management quorum sensing system and determined phenolic components screened virulence inhibition tests significant inhibition effect. Especially rosmarinic acid found strong inhibitory effect on biofilm and vanilic acid on β-hemolytic activity and elastolytic activity. Results observe statistically significant (P≤0.05). Investigation molecular epidemiological relationship between strains by PFGE method found 21 A. hydrophila strains formed 17 different genotypes (pulsotypes). Ultimately quorum sensing system responsible for virulence of A. hydrophila and manages disease process. Keeping diseases under control by blocking communication between them by disease formation ensuring critical quorum sensing system inhibition with phenolic components important strategy struggle against bacteria.
