Abstract (EN)

Human beings have been created to worship Almighty Allah. In order to fulfill this duty, one must first know and recognize Allah. The most beautiful and effective way to know Allah is through understanding His Asma' al-Husna (The Most Beau-tiful Names). The Qur'an states that the most beautiful names belong to Allah. Each of these divine names mentioned in the Qur'an is closely connected—both in wording and meaning—to the specific context of the verse in which it appears. In this study, we have aimed to examine the relationship between the divine names—expressed either as singular or compound forms—that describe Allah in the Qur'an and the verses in which they are found. We also aim to identify the messages con-veyed through these names within their respective contexts. Although these names typically appear at the end of verses, they are also found at the beginning or in the middle. The primary purpose of mentioning Allah's names in the Qur'an is to introduce and describe Him. Truly knowing Allah necessitates believing in Him and worshipping Him. In this respect, all of these names function as a call to servitude directed at humankind.Moreover, the divine names are gene-rally associated with themes such as inviting to tawhid (the oneness of God), enco-uraging repentance, offering consolation and glad tidings to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and to righteous believers, and warning and threatening disbelie-vers and transgressors with divine punishment. It is also evident that the divine names within a given verse often reinforce and confirm each other, collectively ref-lecting the majesty and perfect power of Almighty Allah.
