This study aimed to review the most prominent modern theories in the field of the scientific miracles of the Holy Qur'an, analyze their relationship to the textual texts of the Book and the Sunnah, and reveal the role of scientific theories in understanding the Qur'anic text by reviewing the sayings of commentators and scholars. The scope of the study is determined by scientific theories related to topics or ideas mentioned in the Holy Quran. In order for the study to achieve its objectives, the descriptive and analytical approach was followed, when presenting the scientific theories that scientists referred to because their truth is found in the Holy Qur'an, and reviewing the verses and texts, and analyzing them according to what was stated in scientific reports. The study concluded with these results: that despite the large number of studies on scientific theories and the Qur'an, the Umma's scholars were divided between supporters and opponents. The argument of the opponents is considering that the main feature of the Qur'an is guiding and guiding people, and that it is not a book of knowledge, and that its texts are fixed and definitive and cannot be measured by changing scientific theories, but those working in this field believe that definitive scientific theories cannot contradict the Holy Qur'an, and that science is a means to understand the Qur'anic text, and to interpret many verses related to God's creation of the universe. The scientific theories may clarify a fact that the interpreters could not solve in their books, and thus arbitrary sayings that rejected the scientific interpretation of the Qur'an can be refuted. Not to lose sight of the fact that the scientific theory remains a hypothesis that may change and change; therefore, we cannot be certain that the Qur'anic text is measured against it as a scientific interpretation. As well as the permissibility of the scientific interpretation of the Qur'an with conditions and controls, including that it does not contradict what the Qur'an and Sunnah have indicated in other places.
