Abstract (EN)

This study examines in detail the importance and value of prayer in the Islamic faith. The first chapter focuses on the concepts of prayer and value. The importance of prayer, its types, time and place, as well as the etiquette of prayer and the conditions for its acceptance are emphasized. In addition, tawassul, the relationship between fate and prayer, and the psychological and sociological aspects of prayer are examined in detail. The concept of value is discussed under subheadings such as the formation of value, ontological status and value systems, and how values are determined and classified is explained. The second part focuses on the analysis of the verses of prayer in the Qur'an in terms of value transmission. The prayers of the prophets in the Qur'an are analyzed one by one and the unique situations of each prophet and the contents and contexts of their prayers for these situations are explained. The prayers of the prophets from Adam to Muhammad in the face of the difficulties they experienced, how these prayers were accepted by Allah and what lessons they taught to the believers are emphasized. In addition, other prayer verses in the Qur'an, both those whose utterers are unknown and those whose utterers are known, are analyzed in detail. In this section, the prayers of various figures, from the prayer of Asiya to the prayer of the Apostles, are discussed, emphasizing the place and importance of these prayers in the Islamic faith. Overall, this study reveals how the verses of prayer in the Qur'an and the examples of the prophets have their place in the Islamic belief system and their value in the lives of believers. In Islam, prayer is not only an individual act of worship, but also plays a central role in social and spiritual life. Prayers, as a reflection of the communication between God and the servant, guide the way to both worldly and ethereal salvation. In this context, the study illuminates the deep and comprehensive nature of the concepts of prayer and value in Islamic faith. Keywords: Prayer, Value Transfer, Qur'an.
