Rule-based fiscal policy economic and financial results of examples of selected countries and evaluation of Turkey

Cyclical fluctuations in the economy by government stop revent or some financial instruments used to optional for achieve economic and social objectives. These rules are meant to enhance transparency and discipline and these rules were based fiscal policy. In both national and international levels; borrowing, budget, expenditure and revenue rules concerning theim portance of increased steadily from the 1980s until today. These rules also started to find applications in many countries.
