Özet (EN)

Since the change is the main reality all over the world, possession and balance of the power change as well. The intervention of power on the processes of change and the methods of this intervention can not be considered as an action to cease the change, instead, it should be seen as an action that it?s aim is to create a controlled change. In the process of creating a controlled change, owners of the powers want to retain the returns of change and maintain the deterrence and alliances as well. Hegemonic change has turned from the national to the global and from the global to the regional through the history. To get an answer to the question that how such a conflictual context can change into the benefit-based relations and create the consent of masses is another dimension of the dissertation. Through the study, I tried to demonstrate that the global hegemony is playing a game that consists of to possess the game tools and dispossess the rival?s tools. Consequently, this study tries to analyze the imperial relations and actions in a comparison between the owners of power and the colonized peoples and to demonstrate that the change in the current position can be done only a socio-culturally not economically. This dissertation aims to give an explanation about the practice of imperialism as a hegemonic tool. The idea that the only possessors of the hegemonic tools can achieve their imperial aims is the main hypothesis of this study. The losers of these tools conveys the power the new owners of the hegemonic tools. This dissertation?s a method is analyzed on the basis of theories dialectically and it is used the comparative historical method through the analyses. The aim of this study is to analyze the concepts of nation and social classes and making some predictions about the future of these conceptions. The socio-psychological conflict is among the main tenets of individual and it can be analyzed in a way from individual to social class, and from social classes to society. The social conflict theory is used to analyze and explain the phenomena of social change. When the global interests have taken into account, it will ben seen that the force and consent co-exists under the intensity of conflict and the benefit-based relations.
