Özet (EN)
Space is a string of relations and time-space, subject, action are indispensable dynamics of space. In this string, urban, the place of globalization, is a set of relations which is produced by people, developing by communication and always conditional on the structure of time-place. So urban forming the social relations is a spatial organism being formed by these relations too. Each urban person is surrounded by a place, a series of nested layers, is ranging from room to house, avenue, city, region and country. Human is consist of projection of these places and theatre space tells the spatial action of character ?subject- being creatured by such a projection. At the structure of city being transformed by globalization, human?s perception of time-place undergoes a change and if one of spatial dynamics changes, the others change too. Urban space being existed by the influence of global culture gets new meaning with being reference point of space at theatrical narrative. In the beginning of this study that aimed to observe the effects of globalization on the space in theatrical narrative, it was emphasized that space and place are two different concepts and described the historical development of globalization. In the first part, Views of globalization at urban space and changes in urban life that it caused are examined. In the second part, the structure and kinds of space occurred with relation of language & meaning at theatrical narrative and the functions of spatial dynamics were told and the effects of global urban space on space in theatrical narrative were mentioned historically. The third part includes the evaluations of reflections of globalization to narrative space in Turkish Play Writing since 1990. As a result, It was determined that change on urban space is transforming the space in theatrical narrative; global communication is causing an aesthetic understanding in which places are nested; In decrescent and resembling global world, rapidly disappearing of personal differences is making the character in narrative inactive.?ngilizce Anahtar Kelimeler:1- Globalization 2- Urban 3- Narrative 4- Space 5- Time
