Abstract (EN)

Corporate reputation, corporate image and corporate identity are your impressions about the organization of an organization's internal and external stakeholders. The most important factor affecting the corporate image of corporate identity. Corporate identity elements of the corporate philosophy, corporate design, corporate communications and corporate behavior on dry impression in the minds of stakeholders, images, creates perceptions and conclusions. The total refers to all their corporate image. In the study, corporate reputation, nor stated that the concept of corporate image and corporate identity for the company and which were attempted to be expressed as more important. These concepts definitions, characteristics were examined on the basis of such elements and their history. These three concepts are concepts that affect each other. Corporate reputation, consists of a combination of corporate image and corporate identity. In this sense, corporate reputation is a concept more gripping. For businesses, the corporate identity and corporate image has been shown to provide as a stand-alone institution. This interaction also applies to medical institutions. As the only institution to connect to the corporate image or corporate identity only have negative consequences for business. Businesses should do their planning for the creation of corporate reputation and they must give due consideration to both the corporate identity corporate image. Such health institutions and other institutions that will make it more powerful than their competitors in the market.
