A study on the determination of the employment relationship of employees in a corporate company

In this study, a company operating in the large-scale manufacturing sector, which legally enforces job security, was selected and a survey was conducted to raise awareness and awareness of job security. In the study, firstly the job security studies of the selected business were examined in detail through field work. At the end of this review, a questionnaire was developed for the employees of the business within the scope of the study. The structure of the questionnaire and selected questions are intended to measure awareness, and enough questions have been put in place to obtain a fruitful questionnaire. The interpretation of the curriculum, exercise and supervision data and the qualitative and quantitative impacts generated by in-house work safety experts were used in the development of questionnaires. The collected data are presented using statistical methods. The survey questions were examined one by one according to the demographic characteristics of the employees. According to the results obtained from the answers given to the questionnaires; it is seen that employees contribute to job security, they see job security more important than gain, they are aware of their dominance and risk of work. It has been found that employees' awareness of job security varies according to the demographic characteristics of employees of seleced mill.
