Özet (EN)

The main purpose of this study is to examine the moderating role of gender in the relationship between Corporate Reputation Management and Talent Management in Businesses. For this purpose, a quantitative research was conducted on employees working in different departments of 5-star hotels operating in Antalya/Manavgat. The analysis of the study was completed using survey data collected from 386 employees. In testing the research hypotheses, regression analyses and Process Macro, developed by Hayes (2022) and available as an SPSS add-on, were used. As a result of the analyses performed, corporate reputation management has a direct and significant effect on talent management and its sub-dimensions. On the other hand, it has been determined that gender has a moderating effect on talent management and the sub-dimensions of talent management, such as retention, training and talent pool. It has been determined that gender does not have a moderating effect on the sub- dimensions of talent management such as attraction, selection and placement, commitment and reward. It can be said that this research is original in that it addresses the moderating role of gender in the relationship between corporate reputation management and talent management in hotel businesses. Key Words: Gender, Moderating Role, Corporate Reputation Management, Talent Management
