The negative effects of corporate identity on the large-scale metal industry in İstanbul

In this report the negative effects of corporate identity on large-scale metal industries have been discussed and the attitude and effects of metal industry companies before and after they acquired corporate identity have been examined. Metal industry companies make heavy investments during their growth to be a corporate company. Nevertheless, after establishing a corporate identity, they become very sensitive about the society and the environment. Not only do they have to be competitive in sector but they also need to have a harmony with the employees, form sustainable strategies, join environmental activities, make R & D investments, form good relations with the government and analyze and make good use of advertising and visual media. In time, they gradually change into very slow and big companies. In such a situation, we are thinking of creating a profitable structure for both the society and the metal industry by affecting headquarters and main production centres, and encouraging both rural and urban growth. The large-scale corporate metal industries of İstanbul have been investigated and considered. As a method, this concept includes both domestic and international written sources, books, reports etc, investigation reports, interviews with CEO's of such big companies and an interview with a syndicate, while a new idea of industrial factory model has been offered.
