Abstract (EN)

In today's competitive business world, it is possible for brands to differentiate themselves and build a strong connection with their target audiences through a corporate identity strategy. Corporate identity is a consistent form of communication that reflects a brand's values. Many visual communication tools are required to convey brand identity effectively. These graphic elements play a major role in shaping brand perception from the consumer's point of view. Corporate identity reflects how a company is perceived from the outside and the kind of impression it presents externally. This includes many elements such as logo, color schemes, internal behavior, employee attitudes, and service approach, all shaped through graphic design. Corporate identity aims to establish communication with the target audience, differentiate from competitors, and make the company appear stronger and more credible. A brand, on the other hand, represents the impression a company creates in the consumer's mind. A brand can be defined by the values it communicates to consumers, such as quality, trust, and aesthetics. It facilitates a connection between a product and its consumers. The brand's choice of colors, logo designs, and other design elements reinforce this perception. At the same time, they demonstrate the consistency of the brand. Graphic design plays a significant role in creating corporate identity and in reaching the consumer. To strengthen their communication with consumers, brands place great importance on advertising and design. In this study, the corporate identity designs of two companies from five different sectors are comparatively examined. Companies have felt the need to develop a brand in order to gain more recognition and be more effective in sales. Within this context, they have taken steps to create corporate identity designs such as logos, emblems, business cards, and posters.
